SIED can support you in your barrier as long as it is related to entities other than those of a private nature, oversight bodies (“entes de control”), or barriers derived from the issuance of judicial decisions.

To provide you with this service, it is necessary that no legal action before national or international fora is in progress, in relation to the barrier.

Before using this service, it is important to go to the organ or entity directly related to your case. If the entity is still within the terms established to provide you with a response, please refrain from using this service.

For cases related to contracts or any action derived from expropriations, it is necessary that they be managed before the corresponding authorities, as they are outside the scope of the service.
