With the objective of facilitating regional economic development by strengthening the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI), promoting strategic bets for reindustrialization and strengthening the vocation for investment in Colombia's territorial entities, this call for projects seeks to promote projects that, through specific lines of support, optimize processes, procedures and systems, generating an environment conducive to investment and contributing to the sustainable growth of the country's regions. The main purpose of this call is to streamline compliance with the requirements and procedures necessary for installation and operation in Colombia, with the goal of reducing both costs and time for investors. All this will contribute to consolidate the investment vocation of each region of Colombia, creating an enabling environment for these financial activities and promoting sustainable growth in the country. Interested territorial entities may submit their proposals for regional VUI initiatives for articulation with the Regional One Stop Shop until March 22, 2024 and complete the corresponding form through the following route:
