Organized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, through ProColombia, the event will bring together more than 450 national and international businessmen, facilitating one-to-one meetings between 200 Colombian exporters and 100 international buyers. Also present will be 30 businessmen and investors, together with representatives of the Colombian tourism sector, who will interact with 30 Mexican buyers interested in the country's tourism offer.
This edition of the macro-trade fair stands out for its comprehensive approach, encompassing ProColombia's three strategic pillars: trade, investment and tourism. “We are excited that this edition will maximize trade and investment opportunities,” said Carmen Caballero, president of ProColombia. The event focuses on key markets such as North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, underscoring Colombia's ambition to expand its presence in these regions.
The tourism sector will play a prominent role, as Colombia seeks to showcase its natural and cultural diversity to attract more tourists from Mexico and other parts of the world. With this initiative, Colombia hopes not only to strengthen its export offerings, but also to position itself as a key destination for investors and travelers.
The International Macro-Roundtable promises to be a catalyst for Colombia's sustainable economic growth, fostering regional economic integration and offering unique opportunities for collaboration between entrepreneurs from different sectors. With an environment conducive to business exchange and investment, this event is shaping up to be a strategic platform for those interested in exploring the opportunities Colombia has to offer.
With its innovative format and global reach, “Colombia, the Country of Beauty” marks a milestone in the promotion of the country as an attractive destination for foreign investors and entrepreneurs.
