Define and develop an efficient railway corridor between Cúpica and Turbo that optimizes logistics times and costs, meets technical and environmental standards, and strengthens regional connectivity.
Rail transport has lagged behind road transport. A modern railway corridor between Cúpica and Turbo offers enhanced competitiveness, reliability, and reduced freight transport costs, complementing the national network.
